The Kanto Boys the new special host of Wowowee THEY LOOKS GOOD IN HOSTING
Hey! Im back im so busy last week and until now because its for go to school again. To all students study hard education is the key to success.
By the way others predict Cesar Montano will be a special host this next 2 weeks sabi ko nga nakakaumay naman kasi puro action star buti na lang naisipan ng network na ung mas bata. :D
Tsaka nga pala nakapanayam ng TV Patrol si Robin Padilla kahapon eto ang sabi nya:
Robin probably wants everything to be settled first. "Ayaw ko kasing
may masagasaan," he said.
may masagasaan," he said.
As what I understand, maybe he would permanently host Wowowee only if
Willie has officially given up the show or officially not coming back.
I just wish that the next time Robin Padilla will go back in the show,
he'd be permanently hosting already. Evidently, the Wowowee staff and
hosts (lalo na si Mariel Rodriguez) love him much in the show. And
also "us", the avid viewers of the show.
I hope you enjoy what they are doing during the show...

Paul Jake and his GF breakup
Paul Jake Castillo has confirmed to SNN via a pre-recorded phone patch interview last night that he and longtime girlfriend Denise Jalandoni have broken up.
He did not disclose the cause of the break-up, which happened 2 to 3 weeks ago. At 'di naman kaya si Sam Pinto ang dahilan?
One month ago, Paul Jake and Sam were seen together partying in Cebu, which I first reported here before, and they were allegedly so sweet with each other. And a week after, Paul Jake broke up with his girlfriend.
Paul Jake however denied that Sam Pinto was the reason of the breakup and stressed that they're just close friends.
Whatever the reason is, it must have been so serious for them to let go of a precious relationship.
It can be recalled that Denise was very visible and supportive all throughout Paul Jake's stay inside PBB. Paul Jake even used his special 100-second encounter in PBB with Denise and not with any member from his family.

Our Filipino best fastfood chain now on Glee's episode yesterday.
Pinoy fast food brand 'Jollibee' had a short appearance in the US musical-comedy show 'GLEE'.
It was shown on Glee's Episode 19 entitled "Dream On", aired last night, May 18, 2010.
Jollibee, the store, was very recognizable at the background and shown many times while Artie Abrams (played by Kevin McHale) singing and dancing to the tune of 'Safety Dance' at the mall. Now screenshots of it are all over the net. A video on Yahoo! also shows the said episode ( video.yahoo.com/watch/7511568/19902572 ).
That goes to show how Jollibee Foods Corp. has successfully penetrated the US market, atleast by marketing their brand in a popular tv show. Originally from the Philippines, Jollibee has 26 stores/branches in the US.
I hope Jollibee mascot will be next to dance with them.

Belmonte to Arroyo: Expect good fight for speakership
Expect good fight for speakership OF THE 15TH CONGRESS
This was the message Monday of Quezon City Mayor and incoming Congressman Feliciano Belmonte Jr. for President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, congresswoman-elect of Pampanga's second district.
The two veterans in Philippine politics are expected to put up a fierce fight for the House speakership in the next Congress.
"We'll give a good fight," Belmonte said in an interview over GMA News' Unang Hirit, saying the Liberal Party is eyeing alliances with other parties to beat Mrs. Arroyo, the ruling Lakas Kampi CMD's bet for the post.
While the ruling party has 107 of the 265 House seats, Belmonte – a former House Speaker said "history is on the side of the LP" and pointed out there were cases in the past when ruling party congressmen shifted alliances to "the winning side."
LP standard bearer Sen. Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III is now being touted as the President-apparent for his lead of more than 5 million votes over closest rival, former President Joseph Estrada, in the partial and unofficial tally of the May 10 elections.
Belmonte said the LP and groups outside the party want him to lead the House, prompting him to start courting the support of several government officials for his speakership bid.
"I have to be frank and say, yes," Belmonte said when asked whether he has been gathering a support base for the looming fight in Congress.
Belmonte said it was easy for him to build political support because of his previous stint representing Quezon City's fourth district for three consecutive terms.
He had also met with officials before the May 10 elections to gather support for Aquino and his running mate Sen. Manuel "Mar" Roxas II.
"Itong pagiging mayor ko ng pinakamalaking lungsod ng bansa, andito pa maraming nakatira mga government officials dito sa Quezon City so it was relatively easy for me maka-connect sa mga tao (Being the mayor of the most populous city in the country, where many government officials live, it was relatively easy for me to connect to the people)," Belmonte added.
Deputy Speaker and Occidental Mindoro Rep. Ma. Amelita Villarosa, who resigned as Lakas-Kampi-CMD chairman to give way to Mrs. Arroyo, said that while she could not guarantee Mrs. Arroyo would bag the speakership, administration congressmen wanted no one else but the outgoing President to be the House Speaker.
Mrs. Arroyo initially did not even want to become the administration party's bet for the speakership but the party choose her, Villarosa claimed.
"Ang naging consensus, President GMA ang kandidato sa pagka-Speaker (The consensus was to field Mrs. Arroyo for Speaker)," Villarosa said in the same Unang Hirit interview.
"She didn't want it and told us to look for others, because she'd rather be from the outside and seeing how it goes, but some wanted GMA or nothing because they believed that President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo should be Speaker," Villarosa said.
Critics of the Arroyo administration allege Mrs. Arroyo was aiming for the speakership to lead Charter change moves in the House to amend the 1987 Constitution and change the form of government to parliamentary so she could be prime minister.
While she dismissed those allegations as "speculation," Villarosa could not guarantee Mrs. Arroyo would keep her hands off moves toward constitutional change in the 15th Congress.
"Ang alam namin focused ang presidente sa mga proyektong lalong magpapaunlad sa Pilipinas (What we know is the president is focused on projects that would advance the Philippines)," Villarosa said.
"We look up to her as our leader. Hindi natin alam kung anong mangyayari sa mga darating na araw (We do not know what will happen in the coming days)," she said. —VS, GMANews.TV

Is ROBIN PADILLA a new host of WOWOWEE?
Wowowee has revealed its new 'Idol' host today, May 15, and it's no less than Robin Padilla.
Robin Padilla was warmly welcomed by Wowowee's female hosts and was introduced as their special host.
And that means, he is hosting temporarily and not permanently. But Pokwang has mentioned he'll be with them everyday.
Watching at the audience to show support for Robin were Robin's mom Eva Cariño and his nephew.
Today's episode was definitely dedicated to Robin as the Willie of Fortune celebrity contestants were his 'sidekicks in movies' (Dennis Padilla, Hyubs Azarcon & Jeffrey Tam) and his past & future leading ladies: Vina Morales, Donita Rose and Toni Gonzaga.
